A roomy and bright Sea Ranch west meadow home, Rosebud is perfectly situated for relaxing with family and friends, to visit and enjoy some of the best coastal trails and beach access points. Just a short hike to Shell Beach, where sea lions can often be observed, and a great beach for playtime!

The two-story home is spacious, with 3 bedrooms all on the lower level (2 king beds, 1 queen, and queen size sofa bed in the living room), and lots of room to enjoy the DirectTV, read, play games and have some great meals.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen smart tv, ensuite bath with a double shower, and its own entrance to the hot tub area. The guest bedrooms are spacious and both have ocean views. The second bathroom is off the stair landing between the two levels. The open, reversed, floor plan allows for the best views and uninterrupted family time. An open and spacious kitchen, with a breakfast bar and the dining area just beyond.

The larger lower level deck includes a hot tub (in a gated enclosure), outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station, plus a charcoal grill and a private sauna. All make for easy beach-country outdoor living!

Dogs are allowed for additional $65/dog. Internet is included.

Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (SIX). Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.

The Coasting Home team was incredibly responsive and kind. The property itself was fine and was middle of the road for Sea Ranch. It has the feel of a permanent rental with a mishmash of supplies, utensils, etc. and has more builder-grade vs high end finishes but everything worked and felt well-kept. The location is solid - a short walk to Shell Beach and the seal rookery - and we were so happy to find a comfortable place to stay with our pup!
