Downstairs has a king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twins. All bedrooms have the same great outdoor views. The downstairs bathroom has a stall shower.

We brought a lot of things because we weren't sure what kitchen items would be available. Would have been nice to know ahead of time what kitchen utensils and appliances were available. The kitchen was well stocked. We also brought firewood not knowing it was abundant at the home. We left our wood behind for the next guest."
"Just stayed at Holmes House, what a perfect home in a great location. The view is spectacular, easy walk down the street to Bluff trails. The green carpet may put some off,,,,,,, the beds are new and so comfortable! The living area and kitchen perfect. We will be back. This is the best value in Sea Ranch."

"We liked the location, deck view and house layout (2 adult couples), though were somewhat disappointed in the balky WiFi and non-working TV...the management company was very responsive and sent out a tech person twice (he had mixed success). Rooms and common areas were comfortable and reasonably furnished. For those who like to read after dark, overall interior lighting could be improved. Kitchen was nicely furnished and comfortable."
