The main floor offers living room with ocean views, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo; dining area. This home is great for some to be in small intimate conversations or come together as a group comfortably.
The kitchen has a combination gas & electric cooktop, double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, an island with a sink for extra prep space and a dishwasher. The breakfast table offers garden views, and seats four.
The den/bedroom has a queen sofa-bed, office workspace, fireplace, access to the upper deck and ocean views. The bathroom between the den and the kitchen includes a shower.
The upper deck has a gas bbq, some outdoor seating and ocean views.
The lower floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a private entry into the gardens and a full bath in the hall. The hall bathroom has both a shower and a soaking tub and more garden views. The tremendous master suite has a king bed, long window seats, seating, and a fireplace. Doors lead to the large private deck with seating to enjoy the peaceful moments in the serene garden, and the hot tub. The master bathroom is extra-ordinary! Besides the glass and slate double shower, you can luxuriate in the sauna, soak in the large hot tub on the deck, and enjoy spacious dressing and vanity areas.
The hot tub is on the lower deck off the master bedroom and gardens. Explore the many areas around the home in the fully fenced in garden area.
