The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and slider to the mid-level deck and the patio area below. The master bedroom on the lower level is very roomy, with king bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, gas fireplace, TV, and slider to the patio and hot tub area.

The enclosed courtyard is roomy, with a picnic table and lovely flagstones. The hot tub is on the patio just off the master bedroom, accessible from the yard, or steps off the oceanside deck.

The views are broad, across the meadow and toward the ocean, with abundant wildlife to watch throughout the day, and the changing sounds of the surf are soothing.
