As you step into the sun porch entry area and are greeted by astounding ocean views, just outside on the deck is the hot tub, gas BBQ and seating. There is a large grassy yard on the ocean side of the house just below the deck.

Surf Watch has a fun retro layout and aesthetic. The home comprises 3 bedrooms, with a king and two queen beds, a comfortable media room, an open great room with a fireplace insert just off the spacious open kitchen. The living room is a great place to gather and enjoy the company, a nice fire, and the views. Those who want to watch a show can do that in the media room where there is a large flat screen tv. Fully equipped for simple or special cooking the kitchen is sure to be a favorite for those who get to prepare the meals. The kitchen offers seating at the counter, the kitchen table, or a more formal dining table. All enjoy views of the ocean.

Surf Watch is conveniently located within easy walk to Gualala's shops, restaurants and grocery stores, and is situated on a quiet bluff overlooking where the Gualala River meets the sea. Beach access is a short 1/2 mile drive away from the home.
