Alongside a broad Sea Ranch westside meadow, Sea Foam is a large, welcoming home with broad views of natural surroundings and wildlife, leading to a lovely ocean view. The interior fenced garden courtyard is a lovely space for outdoor dining, and reclaiming some peace.

The nicely appointed great room can serve many purposes, with its expanse of window seats, TV and conversation area, dining area, large kitchen, and access to deck and meadow-side yard. There are cupboards full of board games and plenty of books to curl up with. The master suite has a king bed with meadow views and a door to a patio area. The ensuite bathroom has double vanity sinks and an oversized shower which directly accesses the hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and adjacent full bathroom. This bedroom also has access to an outdoor courtyard area with an entrance to the hot tub. The loft above the living area offers sleeping and separate relaxing area. With a full size bed and wonderful ocean views this could be a favorite location for some. The detached studio suite offers king bed, seating, TV, kitchenette, and bathroom with large shower. The hot tub enclosure off the bedrooms, is also accessible through the garden courtyard. The hot tub has a slider door to open for ocean views, or close for privacy.

Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the Del Mar Center, The Sea Ranch's newest recreation center offering a large outdoor heated pool, saunas, and 2 tennis courts. Sea Foam is located within an easy 300 foot walk to the bluff trail for nearly endless hiking options, and is in the northern third of Sea Ranch for easy access to the town of Gualala for shops, galleries, events and restaurants.

This home will allow ONLY 1 DOG at the home, and there is an additional pet fee. *Pitbulls not allowed due to insurance reasons.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6.
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3, parked in the driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.

This is a beautiful house and we had an incredible stay!! The location is so peaceful and a short walk to the ocean, with lots of deer galloping in the meadow next to the house. We loved the light in the house and the stylish decor.

Just the break that we needed! We have stayed here maybe six or more times over the last few years and keep coming back for the views, the hot tub, and that it is dog friendly. Last night at dusk we saw the fox (3rd trip we’ve seen it) Our dog Oliver was over the moon with excitement. House is always clean and inviting.

LOVED our stay at SeaFoam! Nicely appointed home with a great location. We loved the various outdoor seating areas and the privacy that they offer. Every window had a great view! The gardens are lovely. Also liked that everything in the some worked well. Also appreciated the attention to detail to be safe during Covid. We felt very safe. Thank you
