This Sea Ranch home has four levels, three living rooms, three woodstoves, three bathrooms. Two washers, two dryers, hot tub, propane BBQ. In addition to the woodstoves, there is electric baseboard heat
Top Floor: One open room at the top of the stairs: 1 queen and 3 twin beds
Third Floor: One bedroom: 1 queen bed; and an open living room type area with 3 twin beds and a woodstove; a washer & dryer; one bathroom with tub/shower.
Second (main) Floor: Entry, full living room: sofa and seating, woodstove, TV/VCR; One bedroom: 1 queen bed; Kitchen, dining area, bathroom with large tub/shower, access to deck and hot tub. The full kitchen is up to date, with all stainless steel appliances, and is open to the living and dining room.
First Floor: Living room: woodstove, queen bed; One bedroom: 1 queen, 2 twin, Bathroom with tub/shower, washer & dryer
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING: Sea Ranch pool/guest passes can only be provided to cover up to 6 guests. (Sea Ranch rule, and it applies to all homes and all agencies.) If more than 6 guests will wish to use the pools or other amenities all at the same time, individual DAY USE passes must be purchased in advance--cost is $5 per person per day. Coasting Home can arrange this for you with at least several days notice.
Parking is available for 3 vehicles ONLY. Overflow will need to park at the rental office. Ask your reservationist for additional information.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 8.
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3, parked on pavement on cul-de-sac, and 1 space in nearby carbarn.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 1850.

REVIEWS*Our stay at the Sea Ranch house was perfect. Our large group fit easily and everyone had a bed to sleep in. We enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to the beach and hiking trails.
I only wish was that I found this home sooner. It had more than enough room for our party and met all of our needs and then some.
