Enjoy the broad ocean and Gualala River views with waves breaking on Gualala Point beach from Surf Watch. Whales, sea and shore birds, weather patterns and the river are on display throughout the day and through the seasons.
As you step into the sun porch entry area and are greeted by astounding ocean views, just outside on the deck is the hot tub, gas BBQ and seating. There is a large grassy yard on the ocean side of the house just below the deck.
Surf Watch has a fun retro layout and aesthetic. The home comprises 3 bedrooms, with a king and two queen beds, a comfortable media room, an open great room with a fireplace insert just off the spacious open kitchen. The living room is a great place to gather and enjoy the company, a nice fire, and the views. Those who want to watch a show can do that in the media room where there is a large flat screen tv. Fully equipped for simple or special cooking the kitchen is sure to be a favorite for those who get to prepare the meals. The kitchen offers seating at the counter, the kitchen table, or a more formal dining table. All enjoy views of the ocean.
Surf Watch is conveniently located within easy walk to Gualala's shops, restaurants and grocery stores, and is situated on a quiet bluff overlooking where the Gualala River meets the sea. Beach access is a short 1/2 mile drive away from the home.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
Maximum occupancy shall be 6 (six).
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.
11% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.

the deck were old and two of them were damaged but otherwise the bench and the

our meals. The location is well situated to other family beaches and parks.
