6/25/04 Construction Update (We’re Almost There, Folks!)

Oh, wow! The furniture is in place, and most of the decorating is done--every room is bursting with comfort, beauty and style. Wait ‘til you see the wall-mounted swiveling flat screen TV in the master bedroom! The cushioned window seats in the living room are thick and snoozy looking. (This may be the top spot for ocean views, so don’t nod off too soon.) Speaking of comfy, if you look closely, you might notice the stool to climb into the “Princess and the Pea” bed in the second bedroom. If you’re sleeping in this room, you might not want to plan on any early morning responsibilities. With landscaping still in progress, and owner family working on breaking the house in over the next few weeks, we are nearly ready for YOU! Give us a call today to reserve some very special time in a very special house.

6/02/04 Construction Update

The exterior painting and staining is done. The entry looks great (top left). That view from the living room commands the whole space, and the kitchen shares it too (top right). The decks are complete, and the hot tub is in a perfect location for great views (bottom left). The gas fireplace insert is installed with detailed tile work around it’s base (bottom center). This same tile design is mimicked in the second master bedroom. Light fixtures are in. This one is in the kitchen (bottom right). There’s still the finish carpentry and flooring to be done, and then the final touches with furniture and décor. Stay tuned!

5/14/04 Construction Update
The kitchen cabinets are in, the deck is almost finished, and the paint’s up on the walls.

These images were provided by Michael Barron-Wike, AIA, designer of Serendipity. Michael uses an innovative computer program that can provide detailed images of any home. This program can see the views through the windows as it will look after construction, place furniture for spacing considerations, and provide a roofless aerial view (as shown above). Michael has been working on the north coast providing custom designs for over twenty years. For more information on Michael Barron-Wike or to contact him, please email our office or check his web site.

We will post new pictures as the construction progresses. Check back often!
