There are many reasons “Seascape” is considered a Premium Selection. Privately placed on the ocean side of a coastal knoll, it may as well be a hundred miles away from civilization. Also, consider the artistic house design and special appointments. The words and photographs offered here can only tell a small part of the story--enough to whet the appetite. One must spend time here to fully appreciate the beauty of this home, and the delight of the unique surroundings.
The main floor greatroom offers expansive ocean views, as well as a gas fireplace, many seating options, and access to the upper deck. The dining table is roomy enough for a feast. And if you’re just a party of two, sit side-by-side and share the glorious view.
The kitchen opens onto the greatroom, so the cooks will be a part of the fun all the way through meal preparation. However, the kitchen is so well equipped, everyone may prefer to be helping with dinner!
The master suite, and guest bedroom and bathroom, are located off the great room. The guest room has a lovely queen bed, and the bathroom has a full tub & shower.
Withdraw to the master suite for dramatic views, a smaller deck, a 2-sided gas fireplace, king size bed, chaise lounge, and lush comfort. The master bathroom is warmed by the second side of that great fireplace, and offers a deep air-jetted spa tub, dual sinks and large shower, a dressing area...and great views.
Down a half-level, and on the other side of the house, you’ll find the second master suite. This privately situated space includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, small refrigerator and a coffee service, sliding door to the porch, and its own lovely bathroom.
The house finishes with a fantastic entertainment room, complete with flat panel HDTV on satellite with DVD, a keyboard for the musicians, plentiful seating, and more original art.
There is a fourth bathroom (this one has a giant shower head!). Guests also enjoy free long-distance telephone service, full use of the laundry room, and garage.

For the nights when cooking is out of the question, simply stroll to the renowned St. Orres Restaurant (call ahead to assure an available table, or have our reservation staff call for you).
There is a trail to the beautiful Cook’s Beach just minutes from the front door. And our staff can help you with suggestions or reservations for other activities, including kayaking, horse back riding, hiking, etc. This is a Premium home, but you may want to pack your hiking boots and cool-weather gear so you can enjoy some good old-fashioned outdoor time!
