Pelican House

Pelican House sits on a point of land overlooking Island Cove to the north and with an unobstructed, clear view of the famed Mendocino coastline to the south. On Highway One, it's about 40 miles south of the Town of Mendocino itself, 7 miles north of Gualala.

As you can see from this view from Highway One, Pelican House provides a very private and remote setting (it sits about 700 feet from the highway).  Only the sounds of the surf will "intrude" upon your vacation.

A deck wraps around the ocean-side of Pelican House. This view shows the two bedrooms (one to each side) and the spacious and  light-filled main room. Pelican House sits in the balmy "banana belt" climate of the Gualala region of the north coast, so you can enjoy the deck often.
