This special beach home sits on a bluff overlooking the  southern Mendocino County coast, a quiet cove, and the Pacific Ocean.  On a very private 2.5 acres of land, Pelican House has access to a private beach (just below the house), and close-in driving to many Mendocino county attractions (wineries, restaurants, fishing, artists, and much more). Pelican House is only 3 hours from San Francisco, yet worlds away!

This photo shows Pelican House from Iverson Point (just to the north) You can see it (below the arrow) just at the end of the stand of Bishop pines, out on the point overlooking Island Cove and the rocky islands just offshore. Pelican House has unmatched privacy and a completely unobstructed view down the coast, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the Pacific Ocean with no distractions or fuss.
