The house is approximately 10-15 minutes north of Gualala on Iversen Road.

The expansive greatroom holds a generously equipped kitchen, lovely dining area and very comfy living room. This all opens to the patio with a fantastic new hot tub. Perfect for easy outdoor BBQ-ing, dining, and gazing. Up to date furnishings and appointments make this the perfect home away from home!
The office provides a cable modem and printer for your convenience (you supply the laptop). Also in the office is a great futon which makes for easy sitting OR sleeping.
The guest room has a queen bed, and is just off the hallway from a full bathroom.
The huge master bedroom has a king bed, seating area, and door out to the patio. The ensuite bathroom is also very roomy, and offers dual sinks, and a large shower. This room enjoys the same lovely views as the greatroom.
Also included is a garage for guest use and a propane BBQ. And your dog is welcome for an additional pet rent of $65.
